This build lists 1855 venues. Coverage spans all 50 US states (plus D.C. and a few adjacent listings), with dedicated state hubs, seasonal and historic collections, legends & lore region packs, ZIP-based near-you search, and full-text venue search.

Two lanes

• Seasonal attractions — paid Halloween / haunt events: walk-throughs, scream parks, farm haunts, hayrides, and related seasonal experiences (“Open this season” when labeled).
• Historic & legends — prisons, asylums, mansions, ships, inns, and region lore packs (Sleepy Hollow, Salem, New Orleans, and more). Private residences are labeled clearly and never implied as tourable.
• Some places are tagged both when a historic property also runs a paid seasonal haunt.

NAP & trust rules

• Name, address, and phone (NAP) appear only when present in source data — never invented.
• Coordinates, hours, prices, and photos are shown only when we have them; otherwise fields are omitted.
• Phone numbers use tel: links when available for consistent local SEO / NAP.
• HAA tiers come from Haunted Attraction Association / HAN editorial lists when present.
• Screenshots are ApiFlash captures of official sites when available.
